METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic.

3. Whisk in the milk and cream. Bring to a boil, then remove from the heat and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes.

4. Gradually whisk in the yogurt, then the Parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted. Season to taste, and set aside.

5. Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

6. While the pasta cooks, place the prosciutto on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the prosciutto is crispy.

7. Drain the cooked pasta, but do not rinse.

8. Transfer the pasta to the saucepan with the sauce, and mix to coat the pasta.

9. Divide the pasta among four serving plates. Top with crispy prosciutto, chives, and thyme.
